Themecredible hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the themes and other products sold through our website (http://www.themecredible.com) by Themecredible (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by Themecredible.

1. Theme Licensing & Usage
   WordPress Themes
   All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites they own. Customers are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit their purposes.

   Photoshop Source Files (PSD)
   Original Photoshop design files for our themes are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted by Themecredible. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.

   Javascript
   Most of our themes use JavaScript libraries, which usually have their own license, and do not inherit the GPL license.

2. Themes Compatibility
   Our themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org.
3. Theme Updates
   Theme updates are available to customers who have active Membership plans. All themes are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older themes will run with future versions of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress as quickly as we can.
4. Ownership
   You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Themecredible. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
5. Unauthorized Use
   You may not place any non-GPL portions of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Themecredible. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
6. Membership and Subscription Renewals
   Please take note that all subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription period, by our merchant (Paypal.com). If you wish to cancel your subscription (i.e. you would not like to extend it with a similar extension to your existing one), then you need to log into your account and cancel your recurring subscription through Paypal.com. No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.
7. Refund Policy
   We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our themes. That said, please keep in mind that Themecredible themes are non-tangible digital goods. If you have attempted to customize your theme and request a refund, we will not provide a refund. So before you buy, please ensure that the desired theme fits your needs and that you possess the required skills to customize your theme, if you choose to do so. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase. If in doubt, please get in touch.
8. Support
   With the purchase of our Membership Plans, you gain access to our Knowledgebase, Support forums and Help Desk. We will not provide any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter and Facebook message. We only cover support for our themes and can’t give general WordPress support that isn’t related to our themes. For general WordPress support, please use the WordPress forums. 9. Installation
   All Power Membership plans are entitled to 1 domain WordPress theme installation and setup during the duration of the plan. In case of installation and/or implementation errors, a temporary FTP and WordPress admin login credentials might be required.
   Moreover, additional customization and installation services can be purchased separately.
10. Price Changes
    Themecredible reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices of all products or subscriptions, including the bi-annual subscription fees, at any time with or without notice.
11. Warranty
    Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
